Aleksandra is managing partner and founder of TrustStone and heads the Corporate Services division.

She studied law at the University of Augsburg and passed her second state examination at the Würzburg Regional Court.

After completing her studies, she worked as a client relations officer in the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Société Générale and then as a division manager at CSC, one of the world's leading providers of corporate services and corporate secretary services.

In this role, she served as (external) managing director for more than 60 companies and coordinated both the market entry of foreign companies in Germany and a large number of M&A processes in collaboration with external lawyers and M&A advisors.

She has an excellent network of lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, and banks in Germany.

Aleksandra is a native speaker of German and Bosnian and is fluent in English.

Norbert is managing partner and founder of TrustStone and heads the corporate finance, real estate, and M&A divisions.

He studied finance at the University of Cologne and founded several media companies. Norbert also founded his own investment company to invest in companies in the media sector and promote their growth.

For around ten years, he has focused on the reorganization and restructuring of small and medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries—either through active involvement in management or as an active investor. In recent years, he has supervised over 200 due diligence reviews.

Before co-founding TrustStone with Aleksandra, he was a partner in an M&A boutique in Frankfurt specializing in distressed M&A and real estate transactions.

Norbert has an excellent network in the German M&A and restructuring market.

He speaks German and English.
